Before opening his restaurant and host-table in Villeneuve, Paul Turrian was an "Executive Chef"  for over 15 years at the world renowned  "Palace Hôtel"  in Gstaad (Switzerland).   Later he was general manager of the "Broc Hôtel-Restaurant," and in 1984 he was appointed director of the acclaimed "Hosteria Suiza" in Veracruz (Mexico), a renowned gastronomic landmark.

Villeneuve is a medieval city that is rich in historic monuments and also know for its wines.   Ideally located, the city is on the shore of lake Léman (Geneva), in proximity of Montreux, of the Vaudois Alps, the Valais Alps and the French Alps.
